£1.15 Per Successfully Delivered Parcel → Increasing to £1.20 After 3 Months
Location: Heathrow, West London & Surrounding Areas
Vehicle: You must have your OWN reliable van
Pay: £1.15 per successfully delivered parcel
Rate Increase: £1.20 per successfully delivered parcel after 3 months of continuous work
Start Time: 8:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday – 4 to 6 days available
Payment: Weekly – paid 2 weeks in arrears

About the Role
HCS is recruiting reliable and motivated Self-Employed Multi-Drop Van Drivers with their own vans to deliver parcels on behalf of InPost across West London and surrounding areas.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced delivery drivers and owner-drivers looking for consistent parcel volumes and long-term work.
You will collect your allocated parcels from our Heathrow depot each morning before completing deliveries within your assigned area.
Consistent work is available for reliable, high-performing drivers.
Earnings & Parcel Rate
Starting Rate: £1.15 per successfully delivered parcel
After 3 months: Rate increases to £1.20 per successfully delivered parcel
Your earnings will depend on the number of parcels successfully delivered.
Higher-performing and experienced drivers may be allocated larger parcel volumes based on availability, reliability and delivery performance.
Your Responsibilities
✔ Collect and load your allocated parcels from our Heathrow depot.
✔ Organise your van efficiently before leaving the depot.
✔ Complete multi-drop parcel deliveries safely and efficiently.
✔ Use the delivery app to manage and complete your route.
✔ Provide professional customer service.
✔ Ensure parcels are delivered accurately and within required standards.
✔ Follow all InPost delivery, scanning and compliance procedures.
✔ Return any undelivered parcels to the depot and complete the required debrief process.
Requirements
You MUST have your own reliable van suitable for multi-drop parcel deliveries.
✔ Full UK Driving Licence.
✔ Right to work in the UK.
✔ Appropriate vehicle insurance for delivery/courier work.
✔ Smartphone with mobile data.
✔ Ability to pass a criminal background check.
✔ Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
✔ Comfortable completing a busy multi-drop delivery route.
✔ Previous courier or multi-drop delivery experience is preferred but not essential.
