Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in masonry. Duties
- Utilise hand tools and power tools to carry out masonry, with precision and safety.
- Construct, repair, and maintain structures using bricklaying techniques and masonry skills.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to execute construction tasks accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare work sites by organising materials and ensuring all necessary tools are available for each task.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Understanding and experience with NHBC standards
Skills
- Experience with bricklaying, masonry work
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
