We are a family run Waste management firm based in the North West. We are looking to recruitment a loading shovel driver at our Ramsbottom Depo. We require someone with previous experience. An NVQ is not required but is beneficial.
Duties:
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that the machine is in good, safe working order via visual and operational checks.
- Ensure all vehicles(Tippers and Artics) are loaded safely and with the correct materials specified.
- Follow environmental, health and safety policies.
- Keep their working area clean and tidy.
- Have an ability to plan work load to minimise disruption to operations.
- High levels of communication.
- Promote health and safety and best practice at all times.
- Complete daily checks on loading shovel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
