Talentmark are recruiting for a Antibody Formulation Scientist to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis initially for 12 months (maternity cover). This role is site based in Slough.

Salary:
From £22.40 per hour PAYE, or £30.81 per hour Umbrella.
Antibody Formulation Scientist Role:
- Run lab experiments and tests to support studies at every stage of drug development.
- Help set up and prepare the lab for formulation work.
- Provide technical support and resources to the wider team.
- Write clear protocols, reports, and other documents on formulation work.
- Study how antibody-based products can change or break down over time.
- Present results and findings to the team.
Your Background:
- A Masters (or equivalent) or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology or similar, with at least 3 years' laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience with protein/antibody analysis (e.g. HPLC/UPLC, iCE, UV spectroscopy, DLS, CGE, rheology, MFI).
- Experience in formulation development and/or automation is an advantage.
- Strong numeracy skills and a careful, detail-focused approach to data.
- Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well as part of a busy team.
