We're growing our Sales team and looking for great communicators who enjoy working with people, solving problems and delivering excellent customer experiences.
You don't need to be a car expert. And while previous sales experience is useful, we're equally interested in the qualities that make someone successful in the role: communication, confidence, organisation, empathy and the motivation to achieve great results.
You'll receive structured training and ongoing support from the moment you join us.
What you'll be doing
This isn't cold calling. You'll speak to customers who have already applied for car finance and asked for our help.
You'll manage the customer journey from their initial application through to completing their purchase. That includes understanding their circumstances and what they're looking for, discussing the finance options available to them, helping them find the right vehicle and guiding them through the process.
You'll build relationships with customers, lenders and dealerships while managing your own pipeline and providing the high standard of service behind our five-star customer reviews.
It's a sales role with clear targets and excellent earning potential, but good sales here isn't about being pushy - it's about understanding customers, communicating well and helping them make the right decision.
What we're looking for
There isn't one particular personality type that succeeds at Quick Car Finance.
You might already work in sales, financial services, recruitment, customer service, account management, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
What matters most is that you're:
- A great communicator - you can build rapport and make people feel comfortable.
- Customer-focused - you take the time to understand what someone actually needs.
- Motivated - you enjoy having goals to work towards and being rewarded for achieving them.
- Organised - you're comfortable managing customers, tasks and your own pipeline.
- Confident - you're happy speaking to different people and having meaningful conversations.
- Resilient - you can deal with the occasional setback and keep moving forward.
- Comfortable with technology - you'll work across several systems throughout the day.
- Keen to develop - we'll provide the training; you bring the willingness to learn.

What you'll get
- £30,000 basic salary
- £60,000 on-target earnings, with uncapped commission

Your working week
Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm, with one 10am-7pm shift each week
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 1 in 4, 9am-4pm
Sunday: Never
