Bloom is looking for an ambitious Events & Marketing Manager to take ownership of the venue's commercial growth. This role goes beyond organising events. You'll create experiences that attract new customers, increase repeat visits, grow private hire, develop local partnerships and maximise revenue. Working closely with Head Office, you'll help position Bloom, OMG, and Dorothy's Diner as three of Bristol's leading hospitality destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the venue bookings diary for private hire, corporate events, weddings, birthdays, brunches and seasonal events.
- Create and deliver an annual events calendar that drives footfall throughout the year.
- Develop new business opportunities through local networking and commercial partnerships.
- Build relationships with businesses, hotels, universities, tourism organisations and community groups.
- Be a point of contact for all our booking customers
- Work alongside Head Office Marketing to deliver successful campaigns.
- Take ownership of the entire customer journey, continually reviewing and refining every touchpoint from initial enquiry and booking through to arrival, service, follow-up and repeat visits.
- Work with Head Office to develop and improve customer journeys, ensuring every guest experience is consistent, memorable and commercially effective.
- Manage VIP guests and VIP experiences, ensuring high-value customers receive exceptional service and helping to build long-term customer loyalty.
- Recruit, train and support hosting and promotional teams.
- Maintain exceptional brand standards and customer experience.
- Monitor event performance, customer feedback and commercial results.
- Continuously introduce innovative ideas that increase revenue.
- Work flexible working hours from office day to evening events

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
