We’re looking for an Administrator to support the day-to-day running of a busy B2B business, with a focus on sales processing.
This is an office-based role focused on keeping things organised, accurate, and moving as they should.
You’ll be handling documentation, processing orders, updating systems, supporting live deals, and communicating with customers — so attention to detail and consistency are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing documentation
- Handling sales processing from order approval through to delivery
- Keeping internal systems and records up to date
- Supporting order progression and tracking deal status
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal contacts
- Monitoring timelines and chasing updates where required
- Maintaining accurate files and organised workflows
Requirements
- Previous office/admin experience is essential
- Experience within the motor trade or vehicle-related industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communication (email and phone)
- Able to work independently and stay on top of workload
