Responsibilities
- Support food preparation activities, including assembling dishes, cleaning duties, serving children
- Assist with setting up and closing service, including arranging tables, and serving equipment
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and service
- Handle dietary requests and special accommodations with attention to detail and sensitivity
- Monitor the cleanliness of service areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of catering services and seamless event execution
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience serving food in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols within the food industry
- Previous experience in catering or restaurant environments is desirable
