Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our restaurant dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure timely food and beverage delivery, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm
- Serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations
- Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold health and safety regulations throughout all service activities
- Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or busy periods as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred; Silver Service technique training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in guest services and creating a welcoming atmosphere is desirable
- A friendly demeanour, professional appearance, and positive attitude are essential for success in this role
Pay: £14.50 per hour
