The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, confident Waiter/Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role across both floor service and bar, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in great service. We are looking for a full time candidate only.
What You’ll Do
- Serve guests with warm, attentive service
- Take orders, run food, and manage tables
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails
- Keep service areas clean and organised
What We Want
- 1+ years experience in a high end hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and good people skills
- Full time position, able to work day & evening shifts (incl. weekends)
- Works well under pressure
- A good wine and cocktail knowledge helpful but not essential
