Junior Property Manager - Immediate Start.

We are looking for a Junior Property Manager to come on board, who has industry experience working within Property Management.
As the Junior Property Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing 250+ properties.
- Dealing with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors.
- Arranging annual gas safety certificates, NICEIC certificates and EPC certificates.
- Dealing with services and general maintenance enquires.
- Carrying out property inspections.
- Renewals of agreements.
- General day to day management
- Diary management
- Rotation of Out of Hours Line
The working hours for this role is Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm.
Must drive and have own car.
Experience as a Junior Property Manager is needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
