Your Role
You'll carry out high-quality repairs to cars and light commercial vehicles, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out the full range of panel repairs using manufacturer-approved repair methods.
- Stripping and refitting your own repairs (Panel & MET).
- Jig work and structural repairs.
- Miracle Pull repairs.
- Dent removal and plastic repairs.
- Repair-over-replace techniques wherever appropriate.
- Working efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Supporting the team to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in producing first-class repairs.
Ideally you'll have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within an accident repair centre.
- Experience carrying out the full range of panel repairs.
- Confident stripping and refitting your own jobs (MET work).
- Strong repair-over-replace mindset.
- Experience with jig work, structural repairs, Miracle Pull systems, dent removal and plastic repairs.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and quality.
- Your own tools.
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
