We are currently looking for a Garden Centre Assistant to join our team. If you have retail knowledge and proven merchandising and display skills, we want you on our team!
Most of your time will be spent on the sales floor , primarily in the indoor shop department and tills.
This role is to work on Saturday - 8 hrs and Sunday - 6 hrs per week.
Your ability to engage with customers and drive sales is crucial. However, your enthusiasm for plants and eagerness to learn about them are equally important to us.

You should be able to:
- Be an enthusiastic member of the Garden Centre team, especially in the outdoor section.
- Make all customers feel welcome as they explore our extensive range of goods.
- Help and assist customers in finding the perfect plants to make their gardens greener.
- Operate the till effectively with a focus on customer satisfaction - rota in place
- Perform stock replenishment while utilizing plants and ornaments to create impactful and eye-catching displays.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
