Role Purpose
To provide high-level personal, administrative, and operational support to the Director of a supported housing provider. The role helps the Director manage a demanding workload across property management and support services, allowing them to focus on high level strategic leadership and business development.
Main duties
- Manage and prioritise the Director’s diary, meetings, and commitments
- Handle emails, correspondence, calls, and follow-up actions efficiently
- Prepare reports, briefing papers, presentations, and Board/operational documents
- Coordinate with support teams, property teams, and external partners
- Organise travel, events, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain confidential information relating to residents, staff, and business matters
- Support compliance, funding bids, and project coordination
- Act as a reliable point of contact and gatekeeper for the Director's time and schedule.
Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in the Supported Housing industry (MUST HAVE)
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at senior level
- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work proactively, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality
- Driving licence and own vehicle
Desirable
- Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., CQC, housing legislation)
- Knowledge of safeguarding, tenancy management, or support services
- Project coordination experience

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
