- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and social media.
- Speak with candidates and match them to exciting job opportunities.
- Arrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain our recruitment database.
- Support placements, compliance and business development activities.
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
- Organised, motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Eager to learn and build a career in recruitment.
Experience in retail, customer service, sales or a call centre is an advantage but not essential—we'll provide full training.
