Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in South Bank, Middlesbrough. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be quality and process driven, with a strong attention to detail, and will play a key role in supporting our production goals.
Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilising hand tools to complete the job
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Ability to read and write to GCSE C Grade or equivalent
- Experience in conducting quality checks.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Quality and process driven with strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit for manual handling and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret numbers, drawings, and technical documents.
