Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility including café. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre, maintaining safety standards, managing HR, and delivering exceptional service to clients and visitors. You will help drive operational excellence, foster a positive environment, and uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact within a vibrant organisation committed to excellence.
15 hours per week. Days to be negotiated (must be available to work one weekend day)
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of centre operations, including maintenance, safety protocols, and service delivery
- Providing HR duties including performance feedback to ensure high standards of work
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and risk assessments
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Ensure that the cafe is fully stocked and be responsible for the sourcing of suppliers and stock control alongside the cafe supervisors

- Experience in facilities management or experience in HR in a complex environment
