Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, providing exceptional hospitality to our guests while leading a team of staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant or hospitality environments, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.
- Supervise and train staff in drink preparation, serving techniques, and customer interaction.
- Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food production.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Experience in serving customers with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Previous bartending and barista experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
