Housing Support Worker – Supported Accommodation Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, professional and motivated Housing Support Worker to join our supported accommodation team.
This role is suited to someone who genuinely understands the purpose of supported housing: helping residents develop the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to become increasingly independent.
You will work directly with residents through structured face-to-face support sessions, weekly welfare checks and practical interventions based on each individual's identified needs and support plan.
This is not simply a monitoring role. We expect our Support Workers to think independently, identify appropriate support needs, plan meaningful interventions and demonstrate clear progression in the support they provide.
You will also have responsibility for maintaining high standards of record keeping, completing resident room checks and carrying out routine property health and safety checks.
Full induction, training and ongoing supervision will be provided. However, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn, receptive to feedback and committed to maintaining high professional standards.

- Ensure documentation is completed within required timescales.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements.
