CRD Property R&R Ltd are currently seeking to add an experienced roofer to our hard working and dedicated teams of tradespeople. CRD based in Rutherglen, Glasgow currently carry out multi-trade property reinstatements including void property upgrades and responsive maintenance within social housing properties for various Local Authorities and Housing Associations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity of a long-term secure position that will provide personal growth and career progression to the right individuals within a successful, friendly, and professional company who value’s its staff.
There is also the opportunity for a roofers mate if already working together as a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspecting and identifying failures to the roof
- Completing small and larger repairs to various roofs
- Gutter cleaning and down pipe repairs
- Slating and tiling - repairs and renewals
- Replacement Gutters
- Flat roof work
- Roughcasting and cement work
Must have
- Valid Clean UK Driving Licence
- Excellent time keeping skills
- The ability to take pride in the quality of their workmanship
Not essential but would help
- PASMA / IPAF / Working at Height / CSCS Card / Asbestos Awareness Certificate;
