Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our clients brand and engage with customers in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing, helping to promote our products and services while enhancing customer experience. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and fostering customer loyalty.
Duties
- Act as the face of the brand at various events, promotions, and retail locations.
- Engage with customers to provide information about products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, utilising bilingual skills when necessary to reach a wider market.
- Collect feedback from customers to relay insights back to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively represent the brand.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or marketing is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating confidence when presenting information.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required by promotional events.
We put our customers and clients at the heart of our business and take a personal approach when representing our clients to our customers, working in Events and Residential Campaigns.
We welcome any experience in the following areas: sales representative, sales, field sales, marketing executive, retail, call centre, receptionist, warehouse, bartender, sales assistant, front of house and any other customer service or sales role.
This is a full time position however for some candidates part time can be considered consisting of 4 days per week.
