CHILOS are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic member to join our vibrant kitchen team on a short term role. In this role, you will assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring that our culinary standards are met while maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking and meal assembly.
- Help cook and prepare meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Support the kitchen team in catering events as required.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow instructions from chefs and senior kitchen staff to meet service demands.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is an advantage.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
