£30,000 – £40,000 DOE + Commission

Specialising in Primary, Secondary and SEND recruitment, the business has built a strong reputation across the UK and is now expanding further – offering you the opportunity to build and grow your own desk, team and long-term career.
You’ll be joining a highly experienced and supportive team who genuinely understand what it takes to succeed in education recruitment. There is a particular opportunity to revive and grow a Secondary desk, as well as build on already successful Primary and SEND markets.
The Role
- Building and developing a temp education recruitment desk
- Managing and growing client relationships across schools
- Sourcing, placing and supporting candidates
- Opportunity to progress into a senior role and build a team
Package & Benefits
- £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary
- 10% commission (no threshold) + milestone bonuses
- 30 days annual leave

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in temp recruitment (essential)
- Education recruitment experience preferred (or strong volume recruitment background)
- Driven, resilient and relationship-focused
- Passion for building a successful desk
- Full UK driving licence
