- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial insights to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial compliance.

- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and analysis.

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- A background in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 5% employer pension contribution, with 3% employee contribution.
