George David Estate Agents is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in Aylesbury.
You don’t need previous estate agency experience. We’re looking for the right person rather than the perfect CV. If you have energy, enthusiasm, a competitive streak and enjoy talking to people, we can teach you the property side.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the property industry, learn from an experienced team and develop the skills needed to become a successful Sales Negotiator.
What will you be doing?
From day one, you’ll be involved in the fast-paced world of residential property sales. Your role will include:
- Speaking with buyers and sellers by phone, email and face-to-face
- Registering new buyers and finding out exactly what they’re looking for
- Matching buyers with suitable properties
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Following up viewings and giving feedback to sellers
- Booking market appraisal appointments
- Building relationships with buyers, sellers and potential clients
- Negotiating offers
- Helping agreed sales progress through to completion
- Keeping in regular contact with clients
- Working with the team to achieve branch targets
It’s a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
What are we looking for?
You could be coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, car sales, recruitment or another sales environment or you may simply be looking for the opportunity to prove yourself in your first serious career.

Previous estate agency experience is not required.
A full UK driving licence is essential.

Salary: Competitive salary + commission + Bonus + Milage expenses.
Working Hours: 9:00pm - 6:00pm. 5 days a week, including every other Saturday.
Pay: £25,420.00-£49,277.47 per year
