The Weekend Boarding Assistant supports the smooth and effective running of the boarding house during weekends, working on a rota as agreed with the Housemaster/Housemistress (HSM). The role is central to maintaining a safe, supportive, and well‑ordered environment for boarders. The role requires effective teamwork and clear communication with other boarding staff at all times.
