Job Overview
Reading University Trampoline Club are seeking a passionate and energetic Level 2 or above Trampoline Coach to inspire and develop athletes in a dynamic and engaging environment. As a member of our coaching team, you will deliver high-quality trampoline training sessions, foster a positive atmosphere, and help athletes reach their full potential. Your expertise will contribute to creating a safe, motivating space where athletes can thrive, learn new skills, and build confidence.
Duties
- Plan and deliver trampoline coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels, ensuring progression and safety at all times
- Willing to demonstrate proper techniques for skills while providing clear instructions and constructive feedback
- Supervise athletes during training and competitions to maintain safety standards
- Monitor athlete performance and progress, adjusting coaching methods to meet individual needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, and enthusiasm for the sport
- Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure all trampoline facilities are well-maintained, and compliant with safety regulations
- Support the development of athletes’ confidence and motivation through engaging coaching practices
Requirements
- Knowledge of trampoline safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Certification at Level 2 or higher in trampoline or gymnastics coaching (or equivalent)
- Enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to athlete development and safety standards
Hours
Alternating Wednesday evenings (17:45-19:45) and Saturday mornings (09:45-11:45).
Pay: £20.00 per hour
