That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Sales Closer who can build trust, ask great questions and guide customers towards the right decision.
This Is NOT A Typical Sales Job
You won’t be cold calling.
You won’t be knocking doors.
You won’t be reading robotic scripts.
You’ll be speaking with homeowners who have already:
- Enquired
- Had a consultation
- Received a survey
Your role is to help them understand the recommendation, answer questions and guide them through the final decision.
Who We’re Looking For
You already have experience closing.
Ideally you’ve worked in:
- Solar
- Renewables
- Home Improvements
- Double Glazing
- Conservatories
- Boilers
- Construction
- High Ticket Sales
Or another consultative sales environment.
You know how to:
✔ Build rapport quickly
✔ Ask great questions
✔ Handle objections professionally
✔ Explain value
✔ Guide rather than pressure
✔ Close confidently
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting scheduled recommendation / quote calls
- Reviewing customer surveys
- Understanding homeowner goals
- Presenting tailored renewable energy solutions
- Handling objections professionally
- Closing sales
- Following up where required
- Working closely with surveyors and appointment setters
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Attending weekly sales coaching and roleplay sessions

Competitive Basic Salary
