Full-time position. This is not a sales role
We are the Kitchen Makeover Group, a Manchester based but Nationally operating Kitchen Renovation Company part of CI Group. We are seeking passionate, hardworking and experienced Kitchen Makeover surveyors for the role of self-employed/employed surveyors to work remotely around the country from home in communication with our Head Office in Manchester M26. Pay and expenses to be discussed depending on experience and location with immediate start.
Job Role
- To arrange appointments with clients from already sold kitchen renovation projects
- Provide a high quality, professional service
- Willingness to travel regularly across your region (TBD) Overnight stays may be required depending on areas willing to cover
- Understanding Job Sheet instructions and implementing required survey
- Survey will involve Measuring of doors and required components for a full kitchen makeover
- Understanding requirements for appliance installations etc.
- Delivering ‘right first time’ kitchen surveys to go directly into production
- Liaising with Installation Manager and Sales Manager to discuss weekly requirements
- Working from home, or our Head Office, travelling to sites each day and completing admin from home
As a suitable candidate you must possess the following skills
- Previous Kitchen Makeover/Renovation surveying experience especially the ability to handle Kitchen Makeover measuring and understanding of requirements
- Ability to learn and understand the products we supply
- High attention to detail and able to complete works to a very high standard
- Be able to liaise with customers with a high level of Customer Service
- Polite, Punctual & Reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to problem solve & use initiative
- Clean & Presentable
Additionally
- Full UK Driving License required
- Own clean, tidy and reliable car
- Any experience Laser templating Solid Surface worktops would be highly advantageous
