Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Factory Operative to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of products using machinery according to specified procedures
- Operate machinery and equipment safely, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure proper functioning and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production line
- Support warehouse activities such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and material handling
- Follow detailed instructions for each task, ensuring accuracy and consistency in production processes
- Report any issues or malfunctions immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand basic machinery operations
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience with assembly processes in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety standards are maintained
- Good communication skills for teamwork and following instructions
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key
