Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent experience - ideally over 4 years managing your own caseload
- Knowledge of freehold, leasehold, remortgage and new build transactions
- Proven track record of billings
