Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for an ambitious and driven Lettings Manager to join our successful Knight Partnership team in Stamford.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, build on the growth achieved over the last year and play a key role in the continued success of the branch.
Your Role: As Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for growing the lettings business, winning new instructions and delivering an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Winning new business through valuations, listings and strong local relationships
- Growing market share and supporting branch performance
- Building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and the local community
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lettings journey
- Working with the wider team to achieve shared success
- Developing your leadership skills with the support of an experienced property services group
What We’re Looking For: We're looking for a lettings professional who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience within residential lettings, including winning listings and valuations
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- The drive and ambition to succeed and progress their career
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence
Previous management experience isn’t essential. If you have the right lettings experience, ambition and desire to succeed, we’ll support you in developing your leadership skills.
