What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities
- Working one-to-one and in small groups
- Encouraging confidence and independence
- Helping create an engaging learning environment
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, caring attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and enthusiasm
- Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
