At The Ivory Lounge, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable bridal appointments, helping every bride find the dress of her dreams in a relaxed, luxurious, and welcoming environment.
About the Role
As a Bridal Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of each bride's journey, providing a personalised and memorable shopping experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional one-to-one bridal appointments.
- Help brides find their perfect wedding dress and accessories.
- Build genuine relationships with brides and their guests.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain the presentation and organisation of the boutique.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after appointments.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous retail or sales experience (bridal or luxury retail experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Be confident, friendly, and approachable.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be passionate about bridal and styling.
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Be organised with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work weekends and late evenings.
