About the Role
We are looking for reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Removal Drivers to join our growing team. We welcome applications from drivers holding a full UK Category B (3.5T), Category C1 (7.5T), Category C (Class 2), or Category C+E (Class 1) licence.
Whether you're an experienced removals professional or have a background in logistics, delivery, or transport, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our team, you'll safely transport household and commercial belongings across the UK, ensuring every move is completed efficiently, professionally, and with exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on role involving driving, loading, unloading, packing, and working closely with your team to deliver a first-class removals service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles appropriate to your licence category.
- Load, transport, and unload household and commercial goods with care.
- Pack and protect customers' belongings using professional packing techniques.
- Assemble and disassemble furniture where required.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and roadworthy vehicle.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the move.
- Follow all health and safety procedures while working as part of a removals team.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence in one of the following categories:
- Category B (3.5T)
- Category C1 (7.5T)
- Category C (Class 2)
- Category C+E (Class 1)
- Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card for C1, Class 2, and Class 1 licence holders, where applicable.
- Previous removals, delivery, or commercial driving experience is desirable but not essential.
- Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and moving heavy items.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including early starts, occasional weekends, and overtime when required.
