We’re looking for a dedicated Support Workers to join our team, working with adults with learning disabilities to help them live meaningful and empowered lives in a beautiful environment.
The Role
No two days are the same. You’ll be supporting individuals in their daily routines, helping them build independence, and encouraging participation in activities they enjoy. From assisting with personal care to supporting social outings and life skills, your role will have a genuine impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Helping plan and participate in activities, hobbies, and community outings
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Promoting dignity, choice, and respect at all times
- Administration of Medication
- Being a friend and companion to our amazing individuals
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Previous experience is great—but not essential. We provide full training!
