You must also support the Nursery Manager in being responsible for and to oversee the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery.

We are looking for a Nursery Room Leader who has knowledge and an understanding of the EYFS and school readiness.
Our successful candidate will be a part of a warm, friendly environment which they have helped to create and will play an important part in working towards becoming an Ofsted outstanding Nursery. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and leading the Room
- Assisting the Nursery team in providing high quality childcare.
- Providing inspiration to nursery children through exciting activities in all areas of learning whilst incorporating EYFS.
- Maintaining a safe, secure and caring environment.
The Candidates:
As our Nursery Deputy Manager you need to:
- Being passionate about early years education and empowering our children to reach their maximum potential.
- Having proven experience of working with children under the age of five. Being qualified at NVQ 3 or equivalent in childcare this role offers excellent rates of pay depending on experience, staff bonuses and benefits with on-going support and career development.
You will be required to maintain an overview of the needs of all the children within the room and the staff to meet any needs identified. You will be expected to promote and support effective partnerships with parents and ensure that key persons maintain positive relationships within their roles within the setting.
