We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support via phone, email, and live chat while ensuring every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide effective solutions.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
