The Role
At Coneygear Court, you'll lead a dedicated team delivering temporary accommodation and support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness across the Huntingdon area.

As Team Manager, you'll lead by example, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services that are responsive, compassionate and outcome-focused. You'll support and develop your team, build strong partnerships with local agencies and ensure services consistently meet contractual, regulatory, safeguarding, and organisational standards.

What you'll need
We're looking for a compassionate and confident leader with experience supporting people facing homelessness, housing insecurity or other complex challenges.
You will have:

Experience managing homelessness, supported housing or temporary accommodation services.

Strong leadership skills and experience developing successful teams.

Knowledge of safeguarding, homelessness and housing-related support services.

Understanding of trauma-informed, psychologically informed and strengths-based approaches.

Experience managing performance, quality standards and budgets.

Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.

A passion for empowering people to achieve positive, lasting change.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, including the Adult Barred List.
