About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated self-employed delivery drivers to join our growing team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who own their own van and are looking for consistent delivery work.
You will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes.
- Load and unload parcels safely and securely.
- Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently.
- Complete deliveries within scheduled timeframes.
- Use delivery apps and handheld devices to record deliveries.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with customers.
- Ensure compliance with road safety and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must own a suitable delivery van.
- Valid UK driving licence with no major endorsements.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of Oxford and surrounding areas is advantageous.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Must have the legal Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
- Must be registered or willing to register as self-employed.
