Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Garment Technologist to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will help translate design concepts into commercially viable products while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to develop technical specifications and detailed tech packs for new garments.
- Conduct thorough analysis of fabric properties, trims, and construction techniques to ensure quality standards are met at every stage.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks during sampling and production runs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Review fit samples, provide constructive feedback, and oversee adjustments to achieve the desired comfort.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, testing results, and quality control reports for traceability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, fabric innovations, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance across all product lines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing defect patterns and recommending process enhancements.
Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance processes throughout the product development cycle.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, production, and suppliers.
- Familiarity with technical softwares.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to textiles and apparel manufacturing.

Pay: £34,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
