We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for barbering, happy to be part of a team, and have excellent customer service skills.
We ideally would like someone who rents a chair, although an hourly wage is negotiable. An existing clientel is not essential but welcomed. As a company, we offer 'rent free' time periods to be able to take holidays without paying out chair rent. All waxes and products, booking app fees, are covered in chair rental costs. Parking is available onsite, and the opportunity to sell your own products in the barbershop is also welcomed. You will need to provide your own card machine, and clippers scissiors ect.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of barbering services including skin fades, beard trims, scissor cuts ect.
- To provide consultations to clients based on their preferences
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure client satisfaction and repeat custom
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the barbering area
- Keep up-to-date with latest trends and techniques in hair styling
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Barber with proficiency in various hair cutting techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and tailor services to meet client needs
- Proficiency in English language for clear communication with clients
