Head Housekeeper – Cleethorpes
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Head Housekeeper to manage a small cleaning team responsible for preparing our short-term rental / Airbnb properties in Cleethorpes.
Main responsibilities:
- managing the cleaning team and organising rotas,
- carrying out property inspections and quality checks,
- recruiting and training new team members,
- regular cleaning and completing changeovers,
- ensuring all properties are prepared to a high standard.
Requirements:
relevant experience, good organisational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, reliability, conversational English and your own transport.
Terms:
- self-employed position,
- £15/hour for team and property management – approximately 10–12 hours per week,
- additional £50 for each changeover personally completed,
- changeovers mainly take place between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm,
- opportunity for development and long-term cooperation.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
