Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, management accounts, and business insights.
- Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets and improve financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Support strategic planning, business projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, business finance, or commercial finance roles.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting systems, and ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.

Pay: £42,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
