What we are looking for:
- Commitment to complete a funded NVQ Level 3/4 in Children's Residential services
- You will be enthusiastic, caring, motivated and able to communicate with a vast cross section of our communities
- Experience of supporting children with complex behavioural needs, although not essential
- Worked within Children’ Services would be great but also not essential
- Flexibility to cover shift pattern including sleep ins
- Over 21 with a full driving licence with access to transport
- Right to work within the UK
