Used Car Sales Executive
Salary: £30,000–£38,000 OTE (£14,000 basic salary + uncapped commission)

As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit team where hard work is recognised, rewarded and offers genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart or further their career in sales or the automotive industry.
You’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, building relationships, arranging vehicle viewings and test drives, negotiating sales and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service throughout their buying journey.
Once fully trained, you’ll take responsibility for managing your own small forecourt. You’ll mainly work from one location but will occasionally support our other forecourts when required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Working pattern:
- 5 days one week
- 6 days the following week
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with confidence, a sparkling personality and a genuine passion for helping customers. You’ll be motivated by earning uncapped commission and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, able to manage their own workload and equally happy working as part of a supportive team.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident, enthusiastic and professional manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
Desirable
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
