The salary will be VBSS support Band 3B, £25,000 per annum. This is a spot salary. The pro rata salary for 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year will be £20,270.27 per annum.
This role will support the administrative requirements of the Inclusion Team. This is an area that experiences growth year on year and requires flexible individuals who can support the administrative needs of the team.
You will have relevant experience combined with excellent organisational and administrative skills. You will have a working knowledge of office technology packages, including word and excel to support:
- Working within a diverse administrative role
- Working autonomously without close supervision
- Providing excellent customer service
- Arranging and servicing meetings and meeting deadlines

Main Duties & Responsibilities
A. To provide administrative and business support to the Inclusion Team ensuring a high standard of accuracy, professionalism and presentation in all aspects of work.
B. Monitor shared service inboxes, ensuring all correspondence is reviewed, prioritised, and responded to in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
C. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all enquiries are tracked and resolved in accordance with service standards and organisational procedures. I
D. Accurately record activities to ensure a comprehensive record of all engagement and support provided to potential and current students.
E. To assist with the tracking, monitoring and returning of Education, Health and Care Plan consultations for Local Authorities and ensure deadlines are met.
F. To assist with all aspects of servicing of Education, Health and Care Plan meetings, including:
G.setting up and organising meetings, collaborating with and inviting multiple stakeholders
- requesting, preparing and compiling all documentation in readiness for meetings
- to provide administration support through minute taking at the meetings
- to type up and complete documentation reflecting the EHCP meetings and accurately submit these to the relevant Local Authority using their digital platform.
