Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to market trends and customer needs
- Oversee merchandising efforts to optimize product displays, inventory levels, and promotional activities
- Monitor daily operations, including administrative tasks, sales reporting, and inventory management
- Foster strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs promptly
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training, and encourage professional development
- Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to connect with a diverse customer base and expand market reach
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail or sales environments with supervising responsibilities
- Demonstrated success in sales management, team leadership, and retail operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively
- Experience in merchandising, organizational planning, and time management
- Background in administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and maintaining records
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Prior supervisory experience in retail management or related fields is preferred
