The Writtle Surgery is a well-established village practice at the heart of Writtle, providing high-quality healthcare to our patients in a friendly and supportive environment. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team for three mornings per week.

About the Role
· Greeting patients and visitors
· Answering telephone calls and helping with enquiries
· Booking and managing appointments
· Processing patient information accurately and confidentially
· Supporting clinicians and colleagues with administrative tasks
About You
· Friendly, approachable and empathetic
· Excellent communicator
· Organised and able to manage competing priorities
· Comfortable using computer systems
· Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
