PDI Administrator
Location: Long Bennington, Lincolnshire
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing Work
We are looking for a Vehicle PDI Administrator to join our client’s automotive team based in Long Bennington. This role offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies.
The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role within the efficient running of the vehicle logistics team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below tasks:
- Track and monitor the progress of vehicles through the PDI Process
- Identify delays or issues and escalate them promptly
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records
- Assist in prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and targets
- Support efficient workflow and minimise downtime
- Communicate with relevant mangers and provide updates
The Person:
- Previous experience in an automotive or workshop environment is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including emails and spreadsheets
- Must have Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle due to site location.
